Do I buy the tiles or do you?

Most customers choose and order their own, which keeps the cost transparent. Talk to Michael first though, because tile size and layout change how much you need to allow for cuts and breakages.

Can you tile over an existing floor?

Sometimes, depending on what is under there and how flat and sound it is. Michael will tell you honestly whether it is worth tiling over or whether lifting the old surface will give a better result.

How long will my bathroom take?

It depends on the size, the tile and how much prep the room needs, and whether other trades are working around you. You will get a realistic time frame with your quote, not an optimistic one.

Do you do outdoor tiling as well?

Yes. Porches, patios, alfresco areas and pool surrounds. Outdoors the falls and the joints matter more, so the prep gets even more attention.
